Mr. DiTanna is the founder and managing shareholder of Hyde Park Law.  He is a Tampa business attorney,  Tampa contract lawyer, Tampa real estate attorney, Tampa lease lawyer and Tampa eviction attorney, who has been practicing law for over fourteen years.  His practice consists of a mix of transactional matters and civil business litigation ​cases.

Prior to finding Hyde Park Law, Mr. DiTanna was a Tampa business attorney and Tampa contract lawyer who practiced with Akerman Senterfitt, a nationwide law firm.

In addition, Mr. DiTanna graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tampa in 1994 with a bachelor of science degree in Finance and Mathematics, and from the University of Florida College of Law in 1997, where he was a member of the Florida Law Review and Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity.  He is currently a member of The Florida Bar, The California Bar, the Business Law Section, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and is a graduate of the Leadership Tampa Program (class of 2009).
